I recognize that life and professional practice both come with challenges, transitions, and moments of uncertainty. During those times, having the support of an experienced professional who can provide guidance, encouragement, and objective feedback can make a meaningful difference. Seeking clinical supervision is an important step in professional growth and development.
As an LCSW-S, I currently provide clinical supervision to LMSW supervisees who are licensed in the state of Texas. I value creating a supportive, collaborative, and educational environment where supervisees can strengthen their clinical skills, build confidence in their professional identity, and navigate the complexities of social work practice with integrity and cultural humility.
I understand that discussing clinical experiences, challenges, and areas for growth requires openness and vulnerability. I truly appreciate the dedication and commitment that supervisees bring to the supervision process.
One of the most rewarding aspects of supervision is witnessing clinicians grow in competence, confidence, and professionalism as they move toward independent clinical licensure.
My goal is to provide supervision that supports ethical practice, clinical development, critical thinking, and professional balance while helping supervisees work through present and future challenges that may arise throughout their careers in social work.
Please note: I am not providing therapy services at this time. My current professional services are limited to clinical supervision for LMSW supervisees licensed in the state of Texas.
